This property is a good investment tract given its close proximity to the Mathews County Court House area. The majority of the tract was harvested and replanted in 2011 and now supports a good stand of growing Loblolly pine. The tract has flat topography and is comprised of the Fallsington fine sandy loam soil series, which has a high productivity for Loblolly pine (site index 90 base age 50) and is also designated as "prime farmland" if drained by the USDA NRCS. The tract has not been tested for acceptance of sanitary septic systems for residential use. The tract is located at the end of Maple Road.
